Week 2 of my Farm to Feed series featuring @2_dog_farms farm box and @sparrow_gardens sourdough bread. This week I prepped all my veggies and I’m stepping up to the challenge of not wasting anything. I made croutons out of my leftover bread. A cilantro lime finishing salt that you’ll be seeing more of (appeals to all of your senses). My air fried turkey breast (you HAVE to try it). 2 more compound butters to go with last weeks spring onion butter (the sweet potato one was a surprise). Even took the stems from cilantro and the limes I zested and used in a spa water. Relaxed with wine and the butter board after all of that work. Ready for my week.
