I’m actually debating getting the black one because I can always pair it with a leather jacket and army boots for an edgier look.

These are a few of the things I’ve been reaching for lately and genuinely loving.
The coconut oil and both leave-in conditioners have made such a noticeable difference in how smooth and manageable my hair feels, especially the day after I blow-dry it. My hair naturally tends to be a little coarse, frizzy, and difficult to style, and I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not particularly skilled at doing my own blowout. So when something actually helps my hair look smoother and feel softer, I notice.
I also linked the shampoo I’ve been using. If you deal with a dry, itchy scalp, it is worth trying. Since entering perimenopause, my scalp and hair have felt much drier than they used to, and this has been one of the products that has helped.
And of course, I included this tank top because it is simply an essential. It is flattering, easy to style, and the kind of piece I would buy in every color. I paired it with this bolero, which is such a lovely addition if you prefer a little more coverage on your arms. It works beautifully with tanks, dresses, and so many outfits you already have.

Dry brushing, massage, body oils, and exfoliation can be lovely self-care rituals and may leave your skin feeling soft and refreshed, but they are not proven to create lasting cellulite reduction. You do not need expensive detoxes, wraps, “fat-burning” supplements, or miracle creams. They will not permanently erase cellulite.

I’m linking both this incredibly comfortable outfit and the face mask I tried today.

Of all the workout outfits I own, and I own plenty, this is easily one of my top three. The cut is so flattering, the material fits perfectly, and it really hugs the body in the best way without feeling restrictive. It is also extremely breathable.
I am getting this in every color. Maybe not the pink because I do not love that particular shade, but every other color is coming home with me. When I love something, I truly get it in every color.

I was invited by Saks Fifth Avenue to emcee their holiday soirée this Thursday, and they asked me to select a gown for the occasion. These were my top contenders. I listed everything here and linked as many pieces as I could find for you. Each one is stunning, beautifully made, and perfect for the season.
