Week 2 of meal prepping and I already knew one thing…we were NOT doing chicken and ground beef again 😂 So we switched it up: ✔️ cabbage + sausage ✔️ salmon + zucchini + bell peppers ✔️ shrimp + bell peppers + green beans Now let’s talk bell peppers 🌶️ AJ doesn’t like them cooked, but raw? He’ll eat every single one. That’s why there are two meals with bell peppers, because meal prepping only works if your kids will actually eat it. Everything came out amazing (duh 😌).
