WEEK 2 CHALLENGE: Move everyday + eat 1 serving of leafy greens 🥬🏃♀️ We are keeping up our habit from Week 1 (moving our bodies every single day), but now we’re adding a layer of energy from food: one serving of leafy greens daily. Changing the way you eat can literally change your entire life- starting with changing the way you feel. And getting your greens in is actually one of the easiest ways to shift your energy. Here’s a few ideas for eating more greens. Green Smoothie: Toss a handful of spinach into your favorite smoothie. It changes the color, but you won't even taste it. Tofu Scramble: Fold some fresh greens into your breakfast scramble. Collard Wraps: Replace a tortilla with big, crunchy collard leaves. 🌯 Perfect Kale Salad: A massaged kale salad is the perfect, easy dinner side. 🥗 When we eat foods that give us real, sustainable energy, it supports us in going after everything we want in life.
