Some of my absolute faves I've implemented in my life since 2006 tbh (ie. organic mct oil) when I was literally keeping my body in actual ketosis each day. Which is wild bc its truly not easy to do but 2006- 2009 me was unstoppable with all my work outs, sculpting my body with small- ish weights, and ketone testing strips 24/7). 2025 me is so very different now (& not stressed out about eating carrots bc of their sugar content, lol) but some of what I learned back then I still implement today in regards to brain health, metabolism, intuitive eating, in some of my workouts, anytime I have to re-set myself after a vacation, etc etc. Now though, im definitely a nutrient dense higher protein, whole food, lower carb, (still) IF dependent on my cycle, with lots of good fats, mostly gluten free ish, pro & prebiotic gut healthier, an anti inflammatory organic grass fed & wild caught wife/mom loving the slower somatic lifestyle focusing on nervous system healing, my blood sugar levels, balancing my hormones, getting lots of sunlight and grounding, deep restorative sleep, daily intentional movement 👣 & being really really purposeful with everything around me including my faith, my time & relationships, healing & boundaries.
