I have a not so Secret fitness goal. I have been working towards over the past year that I am five weeks away from accomplishing! I’ve put in a lot of hours at the gym to get to this place. Early mornings and late nights have been on my schedule day in and day out. One of my favorite ways to get cardio is on a incline treadmill!
