It’s so good!! Save recipe below: Mississippi Pot Roast (Easy + Crowd Favorite) 🛒 Ingredients • 3–4 lb chuck roast • 1 packet ranch seasoning • 1 packet au jus gravy mix • 1 stick butter 🧈 • Pepperoncini peppers juice and 5-8 peppers Optional - veggies ( potatoes, carrots, celery, onions) - just a little beef broth if you don’t want the potatoes to soak all the juice Instructions (Crockpot Method ) 1. Place roast in crockpot No need to cut it—just drop it in. 2. Sprinkle seasoning Add: • Ranch packet • Au jus packet 3. Add butter + pepper juice +veggies ( potatoes, carrots, celery, onions) • Place the whole stick of butter on top • Add pepperoncinis around it 4. Cook low & slow • LOW: 8 hours • HIGH: 4–5 hours 5.
