Hey Guys!!! I’ve got another INSANELY EASY recipe that’s keto friendly and packed with flavor!! Mississippi Pot Roast!! Shoutout to my sister in law @aswan0503 for making this for me!!! It’s so good!!

Save recipe below:

Mississippi Pot Roast (Easy + Crowd Favorite)

🛒 Ingredients
• 3–4 lb chuck roast
• 1 packet ranch seasoning
• 1 packet au jus gravy mix
• 1 stick butter 🧈
• Pepperoncini peppers juice and 5-8 peppers

Optional
- veggies ( potatoes, carrots, celery, onions)
- just a little beef broth if you don’t want the potatoes to soak all the juice

Instructions (Crockpot Method )
1. Place roast in crockpot
No need to cut it—just drop it in.
2. Sprinkle seasoning
Add:
• Ranch packet
• Au jus packet
3. Add butter + pepper juice +veggies ( potatoes, carrots, celery, onions)
• Place the whole stick of butter on top
• Add pepperoncinis around it
4. Cook low & slow
• LOW: 8 hours
• HIGH: 4–5 hours
5. Shred + mix
• Once tender, shred with forks
• Mix it in the juices

I didn’t think this recipe would be THIS good!! Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers 🤤 .. Low carb, super satisfying, and packed with flavor! This might be my new go-to dinner!

Ingredients
• 4 large bell peppers
• 1 lb thinly sliced steak (ribeye, sirloin, or shaved steak)
• 1 small onion, sliced or diced
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional but delicious)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp Slap ya Mama seasoning (free arm) @slapyamama
. @sauce Truff Salt ( just a pinch for bell peppers)
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 6–8 slices provolone cheese, White American or Mozerella
• Optional: parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prep the peppers
• Preheat oven to 375°F.
• Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
• Remove seeds and membranes.
• Place them in a baking dish.

Tip: Bake the empty peppers for 10 minutes first if you want them softer.

2. Cook the filling
In a large skillet:
1. Heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add onions and mushrooms and cook about 4–5 minutes until soft.
3. Add the steak slices.
4. Season with:
• garlic powder
• salt
• pepper

3. Stuff the peppers
• Fill each pepper half with the steak mixture.
• Top with cheese slices.

4. Bake
• Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Another low carb high protein recipe!! Cajun Seafood Alfredo made with spaghetti squash!! Save and Screenshot below for recipe!!

Step 1: Roast the Spaghetti Squash
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Cut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, @sauce salt, garlic powder and pepper.
4. Roast cut-side down on a baking sheet for 35–45 minutes.
5. Once tender, use a fork to shred into “noodles.”
Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Sausage & Shrimp
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
4. In the same skillet, cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
5. Remove and set aside with sausage.

Step 3: Make the Cajun Alfredo Sauce
1. In the same pan, melt butter.
2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 3–4 minutes.
4. Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella (if using), Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning and optional red pepper flakes.
5. Let it thicken until silky and rich.
6. Taste and adjust salt or spice.

Step 4: Bring It All Together
1. Add shrimp and sausage back into the sauce.
2. Gently fold in spaghetti squash noodles.
3. Let everything simmer together 2–3 minutes so the flavors marry.

Top with:
• Extra Parmesan
• Fresh parsley
• A light sprinkle of Cajun seasoning
