My Saturday Standards. Move my body. Get outside. Eat something that makes life fun. Today that looked like: • a Peloton ride • upper body strength training • a park walk (2.25 miles) • smash burgers, Reese’s peanut butter pancakes, and a black & white milkshake at EC Diner • sunset to end the day For context — this is day 318 of my spinal injury recovery after fracturing my back playing pickleball.  Which means every “normal” Saturday still feels like progress.
