How to mask dark or puffy under eyes? Try this Aquaphor lip balm hack from a Hollywood famous makeup artist Scott Barnes. It sounds crazy but it really works! Here’s how to do it : Step 1. Apply Aquaphor lip balm under the eye. I am doing it on the left side only so you can compare. Step 2. Apply under eye corrector in dots if you need to correct dark under eye circles. I like doing it with q-tip or a small brush. My under eye corrector by Becca in salmon color. Step 3. Apply dots of under eye brightener interspersed with dots of corrector. Mine is by Revolution in Rose tone. Step 4. Blend well with concealer brush. Make sure it blends into the wrinkles rather than skipping over them. My brush is from Sephora brand. Step 5. Optional step: Apply a bit of setting powder under your eyes to set if it is too creamy after blending. Step 6. Apply concealer precisely along the line outlining your under eye bags. Precision is necessary! This is to diminish the volume of the bags if you have any. If you don’t have the bags, lucky you- skip this step. Step 7. Blend the concealer with your fingers or a brush by tapping it in the line, not spreading over the area. Do you see the difference? Not only the left eye with the balm hides under eyes better, it also creases less over the course of the day. Would you try this trick?
