Homeschool first grade - math and writing day. We have added in some discussions about money, investing, saving, and generosity. We also love math with confidence because the teachers manual is straight forward and easy to teach. For language arts we are focusing on reading and writing foundations. We love The Good and the Beautiful language arts. We were doing All About Reading Press and it was so tedious and boring for him. Once we switched he soared in his reading. We also use Explode the Code which is helping both reading, writing, and spelling. We love to journal as part of our reading lessons LTKFamily LTKKids
