It’s funny what resurfaces when you start cleaning out old archives. While updating my portfolio, I came across this series—photos I had almost buried in memory. This shoot happened right at the edge of a life-altering moment I didn’t yet know was coming. I remember feeling something then—unsettled, suspended, not quite here or there—but I couldn’t name it. Looking back now, just over a year later, these images feel like a quiet premonition. The tension. The restraint. The pause before impact. It’s all there, captured on film, long before I understood what was about to unfold.
