This was one of those moments I know I’ll carry with me forever. Working with the extraordinary Julia Fullerton-Batten and her team to recreate iconic, cinematic artwork was an experience beyond words. Her vision is unmatched, and being invited into that world was an honor I don’t take lightly. One thing she shared with me during the process stayed deeply with me — that to be a great model, you must be able to act, to evoke emotion, not simply be beautiful. Hearing that from an artist of her caliber meant more than I can express. This year has been wildly adventurous — filled with excitement, joy, frustration, growth, and perseverance. I’m grateful I found the strength to step fully into my most genuine self and to quiet the voices that once told me this path wasn’t real, that art wasn’t practical, that fashion wasn’t a “career.” Creating art through fashion — whether on set or on a stage — is what makes my heart feel full, and I believe that truth shows in the work. I was told for so long to forget my dreams. I’m so glad I didn’t listen. Life moves quickly, and I would rather spend it doing something that feeds my soul than living small and unfulfilled. This felt like the perfect way to close out the year — and I know I’m only just beginning. Doors don’t open on their own; sometimes you have to claim the space yourself. Listen to your inner voice.
