Hey Everyone! My name is Natasha, but I go by Tasha, Tash....I do think Dr. Natasha is my favorite 😉 I am in the counseling field and have a job on the administrative side of things. I am a mom to a busy 3 year-old. I enjoy running, shopping (on a budget now!), and crafting.

Resting tomorrow and Thursday to get ready for this weekend!

There are still a few race slots available if you want to run!!

When I go to make changes/start new things, these are some of the areas I think about!

1. Why am I doing it?? How does it benefit me to put time and energy into?

2. Figure out how long it’s going to take. Starting out it may take longer so account for that

3. Should it be done first thing in the morning or can it wait until later in the day? This may influence #2 . How much time and energy will it take? You know when you are at your best!

I wanted to start the month off with some movement…. We are also do a step challenge at work 🫣

I did do the upper body work that I missed yesterday. I wanted to get it done still and I did. Things don’t always go the way that you plan. You work with the alternatives and options do you have!

Tomorrow I was follow the plan and and prepare for the rest of the week.
