Here we go Week 15 of 17 of 5K training! Another week another Drill Workout. Today was 8-30 seconds Cadence drills (30 seconds of recovery) and 6- 40 second Acceleration drills! I only got the notification that I was too slow once. Even after doing these for weeks, I sometimes struggle to pace right and usually it’s too fast � It was hot, but it got done! Reality is I don’t know what race day temperatures are gonna be looking like so I guess I’m almost prepared for anything.
