Here’s a cheap and easy way to dry herbs (without a dehydrator). I wash them, pat dry on a paper towel, then place them in paper bags. I’ll leave them for a month (or more when I forget). Then I can pull them off the stems and store them however I like. I have also used a dehydrator for this, but that is going to use electricity and I’m generally not in a hurry for these.
