Fall shoe fashion. Brown suede shoes shoes are in for fall. They look great with many things, but they really pop with yellow or gold. Here’s a few ways I’m wearing mine.

DIY alterations. To tighten up the waist of these shorts a bit, I inserted some elastic into the back from side seam to side seam. Checked the fit then stitched everything back up. Now these fit so much better and I’ll get more use out of them.

Here’s a cheap and easy way to dry herbs (without a dehydrator). I wash them, pat dry on a paper towel, then place them in paper bags. I’ll leave them for a month (or more when I forget). Then I can pull them off the stems and store them however I like. I have also used a dehydrator for this, but that is going to use electricity and I’m generally not in a hurry for these. #LTKgarden
