My body is my shape wear! 😁
What did I do? In short:
✅Increased my protein intake to around 165g/day
✅Reduced my fat intake to around 65g/day
✅ 3x/week I go to Bodypump by Les Mills (a barbell workout)
✅After my class I use a couple machines for about 30 minutes
✅I swim 4x/week for 45 minutes at moderate pace

This isn’t keto! I eat carbs in every meal. This isn’t a diet. It’s a lifestyle that is sustainable. Follow @sissi_the_german for more tips!

😳TESTING a $10 foundation vs a $52 foundation on 50 year old skin!
You know what? The Estée Lauder Double Wear used to be my HOLY GRAIL FOUNDATION for many years and I was bummed when they recently reformulated it, so on a whim I bought the L'Oreal True Match and now I am thinking: why did I spend so much money all these years when a $10 foundation is doing the exact same thing? I even like it a little bit more because it is thinner and applies easier. I also found an exact color match (Estée Lauder 4C1 is a perfect match to the L'Oreal C5- a cool medium with rosy undertones)!

So happy about my find! Medium buildable coverage, looks natural, does not enhance wrinkles or pores and gives a semi-matte finish- neither too matte nor too dewy. It even contains Hyaluronic Acid. It comes in 47 shades! I highly recommend!!!
