Last year I planted my first few cut flowers just to see what would grow… and somehow that turned into my first official little cut flower garden. 🌸

These Lucky Charms marshmallow treats are gooey, colorful, and disappear faster than anything else I make.

If you grew up eating Lucky Charms, this one feels a little nostalgic too.

Lucky Charms Marshmallow Treats

Ingredients
• 7 cups Lucky Charms cereal
• 7 tbsp salted butter
• 1 bag mini marshmallows
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1️⃣ Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Melt 7 tbsp salted butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
3️⃣ Add mini marshmallows, reserving about 1 cup for later.
4️⃣ Stir until marshmallows are melted and smooth.
5️⃣ Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cereal, and reserved marshmallows.
6️⃣ Pour mixture into prepared dish.
7️⃣ Use parchment paper to press mixture evenly into the pan.
8️⃣ Let cool 30 minutes, cut, and enjoy

Cleaning up the garden today means pulling weeds, clearing leaves, and slowly getting things ready for spring.

I always forget how rough a garden looks before it starts blooming. Right now it’s a little messy… but it’s already so much better than where we started.

This is the part of gardening you don’t always see all the slow work before everything starts blooming.

Honestly, I can’t even remember everything I planted last year… so when things start coming back it’ll be a surprise for all of us. 😅🌿

Finding a dinner all 5 of my kids will eat is rare… but this one works every time. 🙌

With 5 kids and very different food preferences, dinner can feel like a gamble. Someone usually doesn’t like something. But these Alfredo chicken bacon rollups are one of those meals that everyone happily eats.

I also love that it comes together in just a few minutes. Mix, roll them up, bake, and dinner is basically done.

Saving this one for those busy nights.

Alfredo Chicken Bacon Rollups

Ingredients
• 1 lb rotisserie chicken (shredded)
• 1 block cream cheese, softened
• 1–2 cups freshly grated mozzarella
• bacon bits
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 cans crescent dough
• 1 jar Alfredo sauce

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. In a bowl mix chicken, cream cheese, bacon, mozzarella and all seasonings.
3. Open crescent dough and place a scoop of the mixture in the center of each roll.
4. Roll them up and place in a 9×13 baking dish.
5. Pour Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with more mozzarella and a little Italian seasoning.
6. Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Easy dinner, minimal effort, and everyone actually eats it. That’s a win in this house.
