I’m in my 50s now, and here’s something wild: I look better than I did in my 30s and 40s.

For years I didn’t even realize how much I’d let myself fade into the background. Skipping the mirror instead of looking in it. Putting everyone else’s needs before my own, every single day.

Turning it around wasn’t one big overhaul. It was small, daily acts of choosing myself — the right fit over the “safe” size, sun rays instead of something to erase, showing up as me instead of hiding.

We’re loving this pretty pink and sage combination from Tiffany’s Favorites. The cardigan and pants are both from Target, paired with neutral loafers, a taupe bag, and gold jewelry. This would be such a cute choice for brunch, lunch with friends, or a casual fall day.
