Things so good I’d buy them twice.

I’m in my 50s now, and here’s something wild: I look better than I did in my 30s and 40s.

For years I didn’t even realize how much I’d let myself fade into the background. Skipping the mirror instead of looking in it. Putting everyone else’s needs before my own, every single day.

Turning it around wasn’t one big overhaul. It was small, daily acts of choosing myself — the right fit over the “safe” size, sun rays instead of something to erase, showing up as me instead of hiding.

Your 50s aren’t a decline. They’re a return to yourself. Here are some of the things that helped me!

Target has so many pretty home finds right now, and I’m loving the soft florals, warm wood tones, and touches of green. The little pumpkin accents and scalloped details add such a charming touch to a cozy fall home. These would be such a pretty way to refresh your space for the season.

This paisley print dress from Macy’s is such a pretty choice for fall. The burgundy bag and heels add a rich touch, while the gold jewelry pulls the whole look together. We’d wear this one for a fall wedding, dinner out, or a special event.

One of our favorite hand soaps for everyday use! We love how it leaves our hands feeling soft and moisturized without feeling greasy. It’s such a nice one to keep by the sink and reach for throughout the day.

We never thought we'd get to say this. As twin sisters and breast cancer survivors, we walked through some of the hardest days of our lives side by side. The fear was real. The waiting was real. The strength it took to keep going was real.
Today we get to turn all of that into hope.
Our MacKenzie-Childs x T&T Heart Hope plate and bow is here, and we made it with so much love. Every heart on it stands for the people we've walked beside, the ones we've celebrated, and the ones we're still fighting for.
A portion of every purchase benefits The Pink Fund, which supports people in breast cancer treatment who are facing financial crisis. Because no one should have to choose between healing and keeping the lights on, and it doesn't matter who you are.
Set it on your table. Gift it to someone who needs a reminder that joy comes back. Let it be proof that hard chapters don't get the last word.

Tried and true for a reason! I’ve had mine since the 1990s, and it’s still one of my favorite beauty tools after all these years. Some beauty staples really do stand the test of time.
