Corned beef and cabbage… but make it crispy! ☘️These Fried Corned Beef & Cabbage Bites take a classic St. Patrick’s Day favorite and make it fun, crunchy, and perfect for snacking. My mom, Gail, shared some tips for putting your own spin on this dish so you can take this appetizer to the next level! I’ve also linked my outfit details so you can shop my look! Total Time: 25 mins Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins Yield: 6 servings INGREDIENTS     •    2 cups cooked cabbage, coarsely chopped     •    1 cup (packed) cooked corned beef, coarsely chopped     •    Salt and pepper, to taste     •    6 wonton wrappers     •    1 egg DIRECTIONS     1    Place cabbage and corned beef in food processor, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pulse until pieces are pea-sized.     2    In a small bowl mix egg and 2 tablespoons water until well combined     3    Working one at a time, place wonton wrapper down on work surface with one corner facing you. Place about ⅓ cup of filling into center of wrapper and form a 4” horizontal log. Using a pastry brush, apply a light coat of egg mixture to all sides of wonton wrapper. Tuck the wrapper from corner to corner, while pinching around the edges to enclose the filling.     4    Preheat oil to 350°F or preheat air fryer to 350°F. Working in 2 batches, fry wontons until lightly browned and crispy, about 3-5 minutes. If using air fryer, bake for 12 minutes and flip midway through to allow both sides to get crispy. Serve on a temp-tations® tray with your favorite sauces!
