If you know me, you know I love anything French Onion–inspired, so I had to share this French Onion Cauliflower recipe! 💛 It has all the same rich, comforting flavors of everyone’s favorite soup, just in a lighter version that’s perfect to enjoy all winter long. It’s easy to put together, can be made as a side dish or entree, and is such a great way to change up your usual dinner routine 🍽️ Save the recipe below for your next cozy night in! I’ve also linked my full outfit details so you can shop it all on LTK 💫 Ingredients 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 large onion, sliced 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 3/4 tsp fresh thyme 1/2 tsp ground pepper 5 cups cauliflower, sliced 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese Directions -Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. -Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. -Add Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, stirring often. Remove from heat. -Add sliced cauliflower in an even layer to the baking sheet. Combine 1 tbsp of olive oil with chopped garlic and salt in a small bowl. Brush this over the sliced cauliflower and roast for about 10 minutes until tender. -Remove from oven and top with the caramelized onions and cheese. -Put back in oven and roast for about 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
