Want an easy dinner that takes 5 minutes to prep and about 30 in your oven? This #sheetpan meal is a crowd pleaser and budget $$$ friendly.
Simply slice some peppers and onions. Add to a parchment lined baking sheet with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast at 425°F for about 20 minutes, then add chicken sausages and roast for another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with toasted brioche buns and mustard.
I used Amylu chicken sausages from Costco 🥰

Add chicken sausage (these were amylu From Costco ( Paleo friendly) or sausages of your choice and roast another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with brioche buns and some mustard for a delicious, budget, friendly crowd, pleasing meal. 😍

You did what? We have friends in the deaf community & so last night hosted a "Silent Dinner Party". An opportunity for our hearing 👂 friends to have a small taste of what our deaf friends experience daily.

It was definitely out of our comfort zone, but we had the best time. 😊 There were some super creative attempts to communicate for those of us who don't know ASL and a lip reading contest that was hilarious. FYI - I stink at lip reading. 🤣

If you know people in the deaf community (or are deaf yourself). this is an excellent ice breaker to meld different cultures and have a lot of fun (and food) while you're doing it. 🥰

If you haven't yet tried a Swedish dishcloth, I can promise you, you won't want to go back to those old smelly rags that stay wet forever on your sink. 😉 These dry quickly, don't pick up odors like their counterparts and wash with all your other towels for multiple uses.
