Do you ever have those days where you simply must scrounge from the pantry & fridge to come up with dinner? I have lot of those & this experiment turned out very nicely. A puny zucchini, pepperoni and a handful of olives left from our Italian New Year's Eve party, pasta, cheese, marinara ......but the star of the show & the thing that elevated this dish to company worthy was the truffle paste.
