Arhaus furniture finds for a warm, timeless home 🤍 We ordered several Arhaus pieces back in March for our renovation, long before the house was ready, and our delivery is finally scheduled. For this next chapter of our home, we wanted furniture that felt warm, elevated, comfortable, and worth investing in, pieces we hope to love for years instead of swapping out with every trend. This renovation has reminded me that not everything needs to be a splurge, but the places where you gather, rest, host, and live every day are where quality really matters. Linking the Arhaus pieces we chose, including our custom Remington sofa and Mihaela dining table, plus other warm organic modern furniture finds for our living room, dining room, and home renovation. Think timeless furniture, comfortable seating, natural textures, warm wood tones, elevated dining room pieces, and investment pieces for a home that feels beautiful but still livable. LTKHome

Kitchen and dining room sources from our renovation progress update 🤍

We’re moved back in, but the punch list is still very much happening. Cabinet doors are off, painters are touching up cabinets, grout and baseboard fixes are underway, the wine room seal is being adjusted, and the dining room is still waiting on art and the rest of the curtain panels.

Not a full reveal yet, but I’m linking the pieces people usually ask about from this space: kitchen barstools, pendant lights, cabinet hardware, kitchen faucet, pot filler, dining table, dining chairs, curtain panels, lighting, and warm organic modern kitchen and dining finds.

This is the real renovation phase between move-in and finished.

Fireplace mantel styling sources 🤍

Our fireplace mantel is finally starting to come together after renovation. I’m keeping it simple with a few warm, classic pieces: candlesticks, a vase with eucalyptus stems, a small marble clock, and the framed landscape art I ordered for above the fireplace.

The art is not installed yet, but I found a beautiful framed landscape print that happens to be on an early Prime Day deal, and I think it will be the piece that makes this mantel feel more finished.

Linking the framed landscape art, candlesticks, marble clock, vase, eucalyptus stems for warm, organic modern fireplace mantel decor.

One of my top best sellers! These faux suede woven barstools are beautiful and sturdy. I love them on our new warm modern organic kitchen!

A little skincare unboxing 🤍 Oak Essentials, Jenni Kayne’s skincare line, gifted me the Firming Plant Peptide Serum + Moisture Rich Balm to try. I’ve only used the balm so far, but my first impression: SO hydrating. The texture is rich and luxurious, and my skin felt incredibly soft the next morning.

I’m linking what I’m trying + a few other Oak Essentials skincare products that caught my eye. I’ll report back once I’ve had more time to use them!

Gifted by Oak Essentials with no requirement to post.

Warm bedroom styling sources 🤍

Our bedroom is finally starting to feel softer and more finished after renovation. I’m linking the pieces we’re using so far, including the linen pinch pleat curtains, nightstand, bedding, pillows, comforter, rug, art, lamp, framed photo, faux books, vase, eucalyptus stems, and similar warm organic modern bedroom decor.

It’s not a full room reveal yet, but these little layers are making the space feel more calm, cozy, and lived in again.

Think warm bedding, neutral bedroom decor, linen curtains, organic modern bedroom furniture, simple nightstand styling, and soft finishing touches for a bedroom that feels collected but still livable.

Tell me you just finished a home renovation without telling me… 😂

The renovation may technically be “done,” but the blue tape and punch-list items say otherwise.

After months of decisions, delays, and more tiny details than I ever knew existed, it feels so good to finally see our home coming together. And now we’re getting to the fun part: actually living in it and styling all of these spaces. 🤍

I’ve tagged as many of our home renovation sources and new home finds as I can from this video, including our kitchen pot filler, backsplash tile, vases and decor, bathroom finds, dining room sideboard, dining furniture, and more.

If you’re planning a kitchen renovation, bathroom remodel, or simply looking for warm, elevated home decor and furniture, you can shop the details right here. ✨

Home finds I’m glad we ordered before move-in 🤍

After months of renovation, we finally reached the point where delivery timelines started to make sense, and I’m so glad we ordered a few foundational pieces before moving back home.

These are the items helping the house feel functional faster: rugs to soften the rooms, sofa and coffee table for the living room, dining table and chairs, nightstands and bedding for the bedroom, and kitchen lighting to make the space feel warmer and more finished.

The house is not fully styled yet, but having these pieces ready makes moving back in feel a little less chaotic and a lot more livable.

Linking the rugs, sofa, coffee table, dining table, dining chairs, nightstands, bedding, kitchen lighting, and other warm organic modern home finds we’re using as we settle back in after renovation.

First night back home after renovation 🤍

After months out of the house, we’re finally starting to move back in. Nothing is fully styled yet, half the house is still boxes, and there are plenty of details left to finish, but it already feels so good to be home again.

I’m linking a few of the first pieces we’re using as we start putting the house back together: living room finds, bedroom pieces, kitchen sources, dining room details, storage baskets, and the warm organic modern home finds that are helping each space feel a little more functional and finished.

Not a full reveal yet. Just the first little layer of making this house feel like home again.

Home finds for the dangerous phase of renovation: when move-in is finally close enough to start ordering again 🤍

We’re getting close to the end of our renovation, which means delivery timelines are finally starting to line up with move-in instead of everything sitting in storage forever.

This is the phase where I’m ordering the pieces that will actually make the house feel finished: coffee table, storage baskets, ceiling fans, lighting, decor, and the practical little things we’ll want once we’re finally back home.

Because nothing says renovation chaos like buying something too early, storing it for months, and then realizing the return window closed before you ever got to see it in the room. 😅

We also just decided to repaint the rest of the first floor from Sherwin-Williams Accessible Beige to Benjamin Moore Pale Oak, because apparently “almost done” still leaves room for one more design decision.

Linking the recent home finds we’re ordering for move-in, plus the warm organic modern decor, furniture, lighting, ceiling fans, storage baskets, and finishing touches we’re using to bring the house together.

Warm organic modern kitchen renovation sources 🤍

We’re keeping the same kitchen layout, but changing the entire feeling with warmer finishes, better lighting, and more timeless kitchen details.

After living with this kitchen for 11 years, we knew the layout still worked, but the cooler finishes started feeling colder and more formal than we wanted.

For the updated kitchen design, we’re using a white oak island (stained white wash), affordable zellige-look backsplash tile, Daltile Mokara quartz countertops, Benjamin Moore White Dove perimeter cabinets, champagne bronze cabinet hardware, warm kitchen pendant lights, and softer organic modern kitchen decor.

Linking the kitchen sources I can share, including the backsplash tile, pendant lights, cabinet hardware, kitchen faucet, pot filler, lighting, decor, and similar warm organic modern kitchen finds.

Our living room furniture is finally being delivered next week! 🤍

Designing this living room was a lesson in how quickly a big, empty room can feel much smaller once you account for how you actually need to live in it.

We really wanted a sectional with a cozy corner, but between the angled fireplace, main walkway, counter stools, coffee table clearance, and TV cabinet, a traditional sectional either crowded the hearth or closed off the room.

Instead, we chose a custom Remington sofa with a chaise lounge. We still get that cozy spot to curl up, but the room stays open and the proportions work for our actual footprint.

I’m tagging everything coming together in our living and dining spaces, including our custom sofa + chaise, coffee table, TV cabinet, rugs, accent chairs, dining room furniture, and a few of the kitchen pieces you’ll see from this view.

Can’t wait to finally see it all in the room next week! ✨

Pull-down bathroom faucet for an easier-to-clean vanity 🤍

This is one of my favorite bathroom renovation finds so far, and it ended up being one of my most requested links.

We originally bought regular bathroom faucets, then found this pull-down vanity faucet right before installation for only about $30 more. It looks like a regular bathroom faucet, but the spout pulls down so you can easily rinse the sink, clean toothpaste, wash down hair, and deal with everyday bathroom mess.

It’s one of those small bathroom upgrades that doesn’t seem like a big deal until you realize how often you’ll use it.

Pretty, functional, and absolutely something I’d choose again.

My favorite work-to-workout staples under scrubs as a CRNA🤍

These are the pieces I reach for when I know I’m going straight from a long shift to the gym. If you work in healthcare, wear scrubs, or spend 12-hour shifts on your feet, these are some of my tried-and-true healthcare work essentials that make it much easier to go straight from work to a workout. #ad

✨ Forme Arch Support Socks: @forme.science recently gifted me these to try, and they’ve been such a good addition to my workday. They feel so supportive throughout a 12-hour shift!

✨ Forme Power Bra: This one was already a favorite of mine. I love the posture support, wider straps, and that it DOESN’T ride up under my scrubs (why is that so annoying?!). The longline cut also shows just a hint of stomach without feeling too bare. I’ve actually had several women stop me to ask what bra I’m wearing because it still feels very mom-appropriate while being cute enough for the gym.

✨ lululemon Align Leggings: buttery soft, comfortable enough to wear under scrubs, and squat-proof when I head to the gym afterward.

✨ On Cloud shoes: my go-to work shoes for the last 8 years. Lightweight, comfortable, and easy to wear all day.

Also linked: my Apple Watch, AirPods, and workout gloves for the full work-to-workout setup.

Whether you’re a nurse, CRNA, NP, PA, physician, or another healthcare worker looking for comfortable things to wear under scrubs or long-shift essentials, these are the pieces I genuinely reach for.

The Forme socks were gifted. As always, I’m only sharing what I genuinely use and like. 🤍

Affordable linen semi-flush mount ceiling light for a warm organic modern home 🤍

We used this two-tier fabric linen drum ceiling light in two rooms during our remodel, and it’s such a good affordable lighting find.

The larger 19.7" size replaced our small outdated entryway hanging fixture and the big Sputnik-style office chandelier that was hanging just low enough to graze Brad’s head.

The linen shade adds warmth, texture, and softness, while the oversized scale makes the room feel more updated and elevated. It comes in a smaller 16" size around $72 and a larger 19.7" size currently around $129, which makes it a great budget-friendly ceiling light option.

Linking the exact semi-flush mount ceiling light, plus the other lighting sources we replaced during our remodel: kitchen pendants, hallway lighting, bathroom lighting, office lighting, and warm organic modern lighting finds.

18" kitchen pendant lights back in stock + on sale 🤍

These are the pendant lights we chose for over our kitchen island, and they’ve been one of my most requested kitchen renovation links.

They’re 18" in diameter, available in both brass and black, and currently 20% off with a 30-day low price on Amazon and Wayfair.

I love the oversized scale for a kitchen island and the soft shade detail because it adds warmth, texture, and that elevated organic modern look without feeling too trendy.

Linking the exact kitchen pendants, plus our other kitchen renovation lighting, cabinet hardware, cabinet paint and stain colors, backsplash tile, kitchen faucet, pot filler, and warm organic modern kitchen sources.

Champagne bronze cabinet hardware was one of those kitchen renovation details I thought would be easy to choose… until I started looking. 😂

The perfect champagne bronze finish can add so much warmth to a kitchen, but then come all the other decisions: cabinet knobs or pulls, drawer pull sizes, placement, finish and budget.

I rounded up some of my favorite champagne bronze kitchen hardware, including cabinet pulls and knobs at different price points, so you don’t have to scroll through hundreds of options like I did.

Brass Nutribullet Ultra + warm organic modern kitchen sources 🤍

My husband found this brass Nutribullet Ultra and asked if getting the pretty blender meant it could live on the kitchen counter.

Honestly… fair compromise.

We use a Nutribullet constantly for smoothies, protein shakes, and blending greens without weird chunks, so if it’s going to stay out every day, I want it to feel intentional with the rest of the kitchen design.

This warm brass color works so well with our organic modern kitchen renovation, white oak island, warm backsplash tile, quartz countertops, champagne bronze cabinet hardware, and soft neutral cabinet color.

Linking the Nutribullet Ultra, plus the kitchen decor pieces and sources I’m always asked about.

Kitchen details:
Backsplash tile: affordable zellige-look tile from Lowe’s
Countertops: Daltile Mokara quartz
Perimeter cabinet color: Benjamin Moore White Dove

Also linking similar kitchen styling pieces, countertop decor, cutting boards, vases, stems, and warm organic modern kitchen finds to get the look.

Affordable zellige-look backsplash tile for our warm organic modern kitchen renovation 🤍

This Lowe’s backsplash tile has been one of my most asked-for kitchen links, and it was actually the very first finish we chose for the space.

I knew I wanted a tile that would bring warmth, texture, and that imperfect handmade zellige look to the kitchen without spending designer tile prices. Similar zellige-style backsplash tiles we looked at were significantly more expensive, but this one gave us the soft, organic, high-end look for much less.

It has that pretty handcrafted feel, subtle variation, and warm neutral tone that works so well with white oak cabinets, quartz countertops, champagne bronze hardware, warm kitchen lighting, and an organic modern kitchen design.

I’m linking the exact affordable backsplash tile we used, the higher-end tile options we considered, and the other kitchen renovation finds we’re using in our remodel.

A few non-linkable kitchen details people ask about:
Countertops: Daltile Mokara quartz
Perimeter cabinet color: Benjamin Moore White Dove
Island: white oak with a white-wash stain

If your kitchen feels a little too sterile, it’s not always the cabinets, paint, or hardware… it’s the lack of warmth. Adding wood, layered lighting, warm or aged metals, woven texture, and natural materials can completely change how the room feels. It’s the difference between a kitchen that looks finished and one that actually feels like home 🤍

Linking everything we’re using in our kitchen remodel to create a warmer and more cozy kitchen ✨

Amazon kitchen renovation find: champagne bronze pot filler for less 🤍

I’m linking the pot filler I chose for our kitchen renovation, but the best savings came from checking Amazon’s “used - like new” option.

On the Amazon product page, look next to the regular “new” price and click the “like new” option if it’s available. That’s where I found mine for $300 less than retail!

Inventory and pricing will fluctuate depending on Amazon returns, open-box availability, and current stock, so the same markdown may not always be there, but it’s definitely worth checking if you’re shopping for kitchen fixtures, bathroom fixtures, lighting, or other home renovation finds!

This champagne bronze pot filler works beautifully with an organic modern kitchen, white oak cabinets, quartz countertops, and warm kitchen finishes.

Hallway decor sources for our home renovation 🤍

Linking the matted picture frames we’re planning to hang at the end of the hallway, plus the gallery light, ceiling light fixture, and paint colors we’re using to make this space feel warmer and more finished.

The frames are currently BOGO 50% off, which makes this a great time to grab a pair for a hallway, entryway, stair landing, bedroom, or gallery wall.

Our hallway plan includes two large matted frames, a picture light above, warm neutral walls, white trim, and updated ceiling lighting to create a more intentional, custom-looking hallway design.

Paint colors:
Walls: Sherwin-Williams Accessible Beige
Trim: Benjamin Moore White Dove

Girls’ bathroom renovation in progress! 🤍

We’re giving these bathrooms a fresh update without starting from scratch. Instead of replacing everything, we’re keeping the classic white subway tile shower and gray vanity, then completely changing the feel with:

✨ Sherwin-Williams Alabaster walls
🌸 Soft pink accents
🌿 Floral decor
🤍 Warm textures
🪞 Timeless finishes

It’s amazing how a few thoughtful updates can transform a kids’ bathroom into a space that feels softer, more elevated, and ready to grow with them.

Pull-down bathroom faucet for easier sink cleaning 🤍

We originally bought regular bathroom faucets for our bathroom vanity, but right before installation I found this pull-down version for only about $30 more — and it felt like such a smart bathroom renovation upgrade.

A pull-down vanity faucet makes it so much easier to rinse the sink, clean toothpaste, wash out the basin, and deal with everyday bathroom messes like husband beard trimmings.🤣

Warm organic modern home renovation finds 🤍

Sharing the pieces and finishes we’re using to make our home feel warmer, more layered, and more inviting: warm wood tones, kitchen lighting, cabinet hardware, bathroom fixtures, organic textures, styling pieces, and designer-inspired home decor.

This is the direction we’re taking throughout our renovation — timeless home design, layered lighting, natural materials, and elevated pieces that still feel comfortable and lived in.

The renovation is still very much renovating… but today I finally got to see some of the pretty progress. 🤍

The shower glass is installed, the kitchen pendant lights are going up, the dining chandelier is hung, and the floors are finally dry enough that replacement wood should be going in next week.

After so many delays, corrections, decisions, and mystery problems, it feels really good to see the home renovation details starting to come together.

The kitchen renovation is finally getting its lighting, the bathroom remodel is starting to look finished, the dining room feels more like the vision, and we’re one step closer to getting the floors repaired, sanded, and stained.

There are still plenty of things happening behind the scenes, but I’m choosing to focus on the progress today.

Because honestly… I really needed a pretty update. 🤍

#LTKHome

Kitchen pendant lighting for our organic modern kitchen renovation 🤍

These are the white kitchen pendant lights we chose for over our 10-foot kitchen island, and they are finally installed after sitting in boxes for months during our remodel.

Our old kitchen didn’t have island pendants, so adding layered lighting was one of the updates I was most excited about. I wanted something simple, warm, timeless, and not too trendy — a pendant light that would work with the white oak island, champagne bronze kitchen hardware, quartz countertops, and warm neutral kitchen design.

Linking the kitchen pendants here, plus the other kitchen renovation finishes we’re using in our home.🤍

Airbnb bedroom refresh ideas for a warmer, cozier guest room 🤍

After staying in a cute but very sparse Airbnb bedroom in the Texas Hill Country, I realized how much small details can change the guest experience.

This lake house bedroom didn’t need a full makeover, but a few thoughtful updates would make it feel so much more comfortable and inviting: layered bedding, better pillows, more substantial bedside lamps, a properly scaled rug for a king bed, a dresser for storage, lake-inspired wall art, and nightstands with charging ports.

Linking the pieces I used for this cozy Airbnb bedroom redesign, plus similar guest bedroom decor finds that add warmth, texture, storage, and that more elevated lake house feel.

Home office seating dilemma: two affordable boucle swivel chairs or one oversized cozy chair splurge?

We’re finishing our custom office built-ins and now I’m deciding what to do in the window corner. The two-chair conversation area looks pretty and balanced, but the oversized Arhaus chair feels like the spot I’d actually use for reading, coffee, and morning sunlight.

Linking both home office seating options, plus pieces we’re considering for the rest of the office design.

#LTKHome

If your kitchen feels colder than you want it to, look at what materials are repeating. Too many cool tones in one space can make even a nice kitchen feel harsh or dated. I’d start by layering in warmer wood tones, softer bulbs, textured accessories, and metals that don’t feel icy. Small changes can make the whole space feel more custom and lived-in 🤍

#LTKHome

Champagne bronze kitchen hardware is one of the finishing details that can completely transform a space.

For our kitchen remodel, we’re pairing Benjamin Moore White Dove cabinets with a white oak island, and these are the champagne bronze knobs and pulls I’m considering. They add just the right amount of warmth and contrast while keeping the look timeless and organic modern.

I’ve linked all of my favorite kitchen hardware options below if you’re planning a kitchen renovation or updating your cabinets.

Save this if you wear a women’s size 8 or smaller 👟

I’ve worn On Cloud shoes for years with scrubs at work and for everyday life, but here’s my favorite money-saving tip…

If you wear a women’s size 8 or smaller, check out the kids’ On Cloud shoes! They have the same comfortable look and feel, but they’re priced much lower than the adult version.

And the last season colors get marked down to $75-85! Stacked with On’s 15% off community discount (discounts for physicians, nurses, military, teachers, and students), bringing my total to just $65!

I wear 7.5 in the women’s style, and 6 in kids.

If you’re looking for comfortable shoes for healthcare workers, long shifts, walking, travel, or everyday wear, these are one of my favorite finds. I’ve linked both the adult Cloud 6 and the kids’ version below so you can compare!

This room isn’t done yet… but I finally know where it’s going 🤍

It started as a very functional gym space: treadmill, elliptical, bright blue walls that were supposed to feel calming… but didn’t.

So we reset.

Cleared everything out, painted everything SW Alabaster, and gave it a clean slate.

Now the vision is something completely different:
- a more boutique-style home gym
- simple, elevated, and actually a place I want to spend time in

Think:
- fluted wood detail
- oversized arched mirrors
- soft lighting
- minimal, intentional equipment

What am I missing that I need? What are your home gym must haves?

Help me choose 🤍

Trying to decide on a console for our dining room and I keep going back and forth between these two.

The Arhaus chiseled console is definitely the splurge! My husband loves the texture and detail, and it feels like one of those pieces that adds a lot of character.

But at ~$3,400 (even with 30% off), it’s a commitment… especially since we’ve already splurged on the dining table and chairs.

The Amazon version is around $300 (actually the price dropped to $230!) and I actually love the cleaner lines. Plus the black could tie in really well with the chair details.

So now I’m stuck between:
- something more unique and textured
- something more simple and versatile

What would you do?

Not the finished room, just the version that’s helping me edit everything more intentionally while we’re still very much in the messy middle.
