Zoom in a bit and you’ll see some old school TBM labels! When I started this business sevenish years ago, I wrote all labels on little gift tags.

It is not lost on me that some of our clients have been around since day one. And as much as I get the urge to pull out my trusty @ptouchessentials label maker, these handwritten labels are staying put!

Because even many years removed from this project, I found during our most recent refresh that the system we originally implemented is still working! 🥰

Honestly, I have no words for how this space came together after a marathon editing session with our client! This is why we always edit first before planning product.

Essentials were left in the space, other items found new landing or storage spots within the home, and many items went on to benefit others in the community.

All I can say is WOW! 🤩

This laundry + mudroom combo is raring to go for summer! Turntables create easy access to all the essentials and everything else remains contained (boundaries are a great thing).

The real MVP of the space is this featured drawer where stackable bins provide layers of household quick grab items in a single drawer!

Ahhhh…that moment when everything has a place feels so good!

We are so excited to share this project and are even more excited that our client can park TWO cars in this former storage unit…aka, their garage.

The best part is, we worked with the client over the course of several months to go through each and every box - making decisions about what to keep, donate, sell, recycle and toss.

Her willingness to tackle projects between sessions, allowed this to feel like one of the most thorough editing projects to date! We love helping clients achieve their organizing goals - meeting them wherever they are in the process! 🤩

What does one do when they’ve run out of indoor spaces to organize?!

They take it outside! We loved planning out this garage system and getting it installed right before that summer weather hits! 🌞 And by golly, I think it has this week!

If you have extra sample size toiletries in your bathroom cabinets and linen closets, now is a perfect time to pull them out for your holiday guests!

And if you still find yourself with lots of mini shampoo, conditioner and the like, pull together a donation for @outreach_indy who supports youth experiencing homelessness by striving to equip and empower them to achieve stability while transforming their lives. They provide food, clothing and hygiene items to those in need, as well as access to laundry services, showers, and computers at their program centers.

We hope that our #donateanddogood series sparks ideas of how your donations can make a real difference in the lives of those throughout the community, especially this time of year!

Spending a little time creating systems while kiddos are still young is a great way to teach them how to care for their things, where to find their prized possessions, and how to help clean up.

My favorite @indymonthly issue of the year is hitting mailboxes and newsstands this week…Best Restaurants! But this one is even more special because they asked me to open the doors to my favorite space at home for their Open Door feature.

Which space to choose?? It was an easy choice - my home office is the headquarters for @thebaerminimalist and couldn’t be more “me.” It’s a space that I love spending time in as I work to grow our business and deliver impeccable service to the hundreds of clients who have trusted us to organize their homes over the years.

This week marks seven years since I hit “publish” on my website and started organizing homes. I’ve worked my way through a twin pregnancy, sleepless nights with said twins, a pandemic and lots of personal growth. I’ve grown a team of smart, thoughtful, passionate humans who show up to stand out.

I’m lucky! And moments like this always make me stop in my tracks and take a moment to recognize what we’ve built!

Our Luxe Edit Closet Essentials

Today is the final day of @indybuilders Home•A•Rama, so we also thought it was the perfect opportunity to reveal the wide lens shots that @heysouthernskyphoto captured of the Primary Closet at the @wedgewoodbc! Designed by our favorite, @calclosets_erin!!

It was so much fun to collaborate with @the_styleriot to bring our service, The Luxe Edit, to life! From a perfectly curated wardrobe (mostly pulled from the amazing racks at @thetoggeryresale), to elevated organizing product, the entire space just oozes STYLE!

We’ve loved participating in the Home•A•Rama show and appreciate all of the feedback and excitement surrounding this space!

In celebration of @thread_designgroup’s 1-year anniversary, can we just take a moment to ooh and ahh over this incredible kitchen renovation?!

With @hilarigoris driving the interior design and @thread_designgroup’s thoughtful and creative use of space, we felt very lucky to be called in to put everything into its new designated “home!”

Every drawer was lined with our protective, custom cut liners and literally every single thing has a place! Oh, what fun!!

These cabinets were in pretty good shape to begin with, but by adding a very luxe set of acrylic shelves (which fit like an absolute glove, I must say), we were able to banish stacking glassware.

By rearranging the contents of each cabinet and doing a light edit of mismatched glassware, order was restored in these cabinets a big way. Best part is, it only took about 15 minutes!

The official “transfer of families” takes place on Inauguration Day in just five hours...furniture, art, groceries, stocked bathrooms, unpacked closets...talk about efficiency!

This pantry also got a makeover of its own this week with new product that helps maximize those deep, yet narrow shelves!

We installed this pantry nearly four years ago and a quick refresh this week turned it back into organized bliss!

We did a once over for expired items, pulled everything out to give the shelves a great wipe down, and then reorganized to accommodate for older kids who are now in charge of grabbing their own snacks.

No new product was needed, and yet, it feels like a completely refreshed space. Have one of these projects of your own?? We have a few September sessions available and would love to work with you!

This space spoke to my wallpaper-loving heart (obvi) and we had so much fun sourcing the perfect mix of product to complement the already gorgeous space!
