2-Minute Homemade Mayo Crunchy, But Busy 🌿 We ran out of mayo, so I decided to make my own! It’s fast, uses simple ingredients, and most importantly — my kids couldn’t tell the difference ✔️ Ingredients 1 large egg (room temperature works best) 1 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp vinegar (white or apple cider) ½ tsp salt ½ tsp yellow mustard Instructions Add egg, vinegar, salt, and yellow mustard to a tall cup or jar. Pour in the olive oil. Place an immersion blender at the bottom and blend without moving for 10–15 seconds until thickened. Slowly lift the blender to fully combine. Taste and adjust salt or vinegar if desired. Done — about 2 minutes from start to finish! Storage Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Best used within 5–7 days. Why I Love This Swap Cheaper than store-bought No unnecessary additives Realistic for busy moms Quick and kid-approved 🤍 LTKmomlife LTKHome LTKfoodie
