My pharmacist approved supplements for faster recovery after a day at the medspa for lasers or filler.

Vitamin C is often recommended post - recovery which is great for skin healing, inflammation and recovery.

Here’s what I also recommend:

✨Quercetin - additionally helpful to reduce inflammation

• Arnica — bruising support topically and orally.
