The best preworkout, recovery, and muscle building stack! Everyone should be taking these two supplements. Creatine is awesome if you're lifting weights and your goal is progressive overload and EAAs are great for recovery and getting back to the gym faster and stronger. This lights out cream by Karuna - it's thick, it's hydrating, and my skin glows in the morning.

12% AHA body lotion is a must for these chilly days! My skin loves moisture but also needs hydration- this covers both and helps redness / bumps from KP.

Jojoba oil for hair and body - I use this everyday! Ends and mids of hair will eat this up (high porosity hair must have).

Self tanner but non toxic- this color is subtle and natural. I put it on my body and just clean the palms of my hands- next day you look like you got a glow up! 💖

No gym? No problem! There are endless benefits to buying a rebounder. I use my (almost) everyday and I have been using it consistently for 10 weeks now. I've noticed less inflammation in my body, and I'm feeling more energy! I also noticed slightly more definition in my waist and around my knees. All my favorite things I have been loving this spring. Starting with something I use every single day- electrolytes and minerals in your water will keep you glowing and hydrated!
