This LC Lauren Conrad dress from Kohl’s is so flattering! I love the shirred waist, floaty sleeves and dark floral print—it’s an easy choice for date night, dinner or a fall event.

Kohl’s calls it a midi dress, but for reference, I’m 5’5” and it falls above my knee. I paired it with simple black heels and linked my exact dress!

Just under 8 miles—and while not every mile felt easy, every one reminded me how amazing we are.

I’m not running to prove anything to anyone. I’m running because it makes me feel strong, capable and proud of what my body can do.
