I always strive to give my kids more compliments than critiques. Some days it feels like there is so much parenting and learning that the critiques come easier. I love to use Valentine’s Day as an opportunity to focus on building my kids up. Dad and I each do 7 hearts for each kid because let’s face it, those Dad compliments hit extra. It helps to write all the compliments at once. We keep a bag of hearts for each kid and tape one to their door after bedtime. It’s an easy “craft,” if you can even call it that! You can create hearts on the computer and print on card-stock. This year, I went even easier and bought foam hearts and removed all crafting 🤣. LTKkids LTKSeasonal LTKhome
