Coookie season! So happy it’s finally October 🧡 going to make spooky cookies tomorrow so I made the dough tonight & separated Brennan’s since he hates chocolate Ingredients 2 ½ cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt ¾ cup sugar ¾ cup brown sugar 2 sticks butter (softened&unsalted) 2 large eggs 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract 2 cups chocolate chips (Ghirardelli 🤤) Directions 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 2️⃣ In a medium bowl: whisk flour, baking soda, & salt. 3️⃣ In a bigger bowl: beat butter + both sugars until fluffy. 4️⃣ Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. 5️⃣ Stir in vanilla extract. 6️⃣ Slowly mix in dry ingredients. 7️⃣ Fold in chocolate chips (add as many as your heart desires 💕) 8️⃣ Roll into balls & bake for 9–11 min. Check them so they’re perfectly golden on the edges and soft in the middle. 🧡Ghirardelli chips make these next-level dreamy.
