Cinnamon Rolls!!!!!! ✨🤍✨ Dough💕 4¼ cups all-purpose flour (+ more as needed) 1 cup warm whole milk 2½ tsp active dry yeast 1 tsp salt 2 large eggs, room temp ½ cup sugar 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted Filling💕💕💕 ½ cup unsalted butter, room temp 1¼ cups light brown sugar 3 tbsp cinnamon Frosting 8 oz cream cheese, room temp 6 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp 2 cups powdered sugar 2 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp heavy cream Other thingssss💕💕💕 ¼ cup heavy cream (make your own by using milk/butter) 9×13 pan greased!!!! Instructions💕✨💕✨💕 1.Proof yeast: Mix warm milk + yeast. Rest 10 min. 2.Dough: Add eggs, sugar, butter. Mix in flour + salt. Knead 6 min until smooth. 3.Rise: Place in greased bowl, cover, rise 1 hour (doubled). 4.Filling: Mix brown sugar + cinnamon. 5.Roll: Roll dough to 14×24 inches. Spread butter, sprinkle filling. Roll tightly and cut into 12 rolls. 6.Second rise: Place in greased pan, cover, rise 30–40 min. 7.Bake: Heat oven to 375°F. Pour cream around rolls.
