1. Don’t compare yourself (or your children) to others. I mean ever to your other children if you have them! ALL kids are different & do things at their own pace. It’s cliché, but it’s true—every child develops at their own speed. You are doing just fine, and so are they. 2. You don’t need all the fancy stuff or organic produce to be a good mom. The house doesn’t need to be spotless. Taking care of your babies is more than enough. Let the rest go. 3. Communication will save your relationships. Talk to your partner! Talk to your friends, your family, your in-laws. No one can read your mind—tell them what you need. Set boundaries. Practice saying no. And remember: You are allowed to change your mind about plans, expectations—anything. People want to help I promise! Just ask, no one wants to make a new momma feel uncomfortable. And if they do, don’t be scared to tell them to F off. momlife momof3 newmom motherhoodjourney momofthree socal beachwalk facts momthings parenthood sahm youareenough LTKselfcare LTKBump LTKmomlife
