Ingredients ✨
2 large chicken breasts/ shredded
1 can rotel
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
Taco seasoning packet
Salsa verde Doritos family bag
Spicy nacho Doritos family bag
(You can use whatever Doritos you like)
2-3 cuos cheese cheddar & Monty Jack (for inside mixture and on top)
1 can of black beans

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook chicken & shred it then add it to a large bowl & add in the rest of the ingredients and mix. I use a 9x13 deep casserole dish. Add chips to the bottom adds more crunch!
Once the layer of chips is on the bottom, add the mixture then more chips & top with cheese. I use foil so the mixture can bubble better. Feel free to add green onion!!!
Cook for 20 minutes with foil & 10 minutes without. Broil if you want a crispy top but make sure not to burn the top chips underneath the cheese!
Let cool and enjoy!

Easy homemade bread 🤍

Start by mixing 4 cups of bread flour, 2 ¼ teaspoons of yeast, and 2 ¼ teaspoons of salt in a bowl. Add in 2 cups of warm water and mix until a soft dough forms. Drizzle the bowl with olive oil, place the dough inside, and gently coat it so it doesn’t stick. Cover and let it rise in a warm spot for about 2 hours, until doubled in size.

Once ready, knead the dough into a loaf shape. While you’re doing that, preheat your oven to 450° with a lidless Dutch oven inside so it gets nice and hot. Carefully place the dough into the heated Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.

Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy that warm, fluffy, bakery-style bread at home ✨
