Creamy, high-protein pistachio ice cream… made at home. No junk, no fluff—just real ingredients and a Ninja Creami doing its thing.

Blend:
1 cup almond milk + ½ cup milk (Fairlife or regular), 2–3 tbsp pistachios, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1–2 tbsp vanilla pudding, sweetener, pinch salt

Freeze → Spin:
Freeze → Lite Ice Cream → re-spin (add splash milk if needed)

Finish:

I’ve been thinking about getting this for a long time and finally did… and I get it now. The coffee actually tastes like real coffee shop quality. Deep, strong, exactly what I was missing.

I’m up early, sometimes too early, and getting out for coffee isn’t always happening. And even when it is… not every day. This just makes it easy.
