another low prep dinner that’s toddler approved 🫡 This sweet and spicy garlic stir fry is a win on nights when we have places to be and it heats up great for lunch leftovers!! If you’re also in a season of needing low prep dinners that can *actually* fit into your life and schedule... stick around for the next one!!! CROCKPOT STIR FRY: 1/4 cup honey 1/3 cup soy sauce 3 tablespoons sriracha (cut to two if worried about spice level) 2 tablespoons minced garlic 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 3/4 cup chicken bone broth 3 tablespoons corn starch to thicken sauce Chicken of choice (we did thighs) Red bell pepper diced Half an onion diced Veggies you want to add in (we did broccoli and snap peas, but carrots would be great here too Noodle or rice of choice Toppings: sesame seeds and sriracha drizzle for those that lik it spicier Assemble the sauce in the crockpot and whisk well until no clumps. Add in your chicken and chopped onion and bell pepper. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours. 30 minutes before eating I added the broccoli and snap peas (so they wouldn’t be mush) and cooked up my noodles and added those in. Top with sesame seeds. Would be great with rice too if that’s what you prefer!! easydinners crockpotmeal crockpotdinner easyrecipes familydinnerideas dinner ideas for families with kids
