Recipe below: Snickerdoodles: 2 sticks unsalted butter 11/3 cups granulated sugar 1/3 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp salt 11/2 tsp cream of tartar Cinnamon and sugar mixture for rolling (I eyeball this) cream softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar (about 3 minutes of mixing). Add in eggs and vanilla and mix to combine. Combine all other dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt) and start slowly mixing in to the wet ingredients. Once everything is well combined, scoop them and roll into cinnamon sugar mixture. Put in 350 degree oven for 9-11 minutes. I like to dip them again lightly in the cinnamon sugar mixture once cooled but still warm. ** makes about 30 cookies, half the recipe if you need 12-15 :)
