This creamy orzo has simple ingredients, minimal effort, and it’s something my toddler will actually eat! (I may have to pick the spinach off her plate but hey, we’re trying) 🤣 If you’re a mom trying to survive busy school nights, toddler feelings, and dinner time chaos, you’re in the right place 🤍 Follow along for more easy family dinners, toddler friendly meals, and real mom life! ONE PAN ORZO BAKE FOR BUSY NIGHTS: -Boursin garlic and herb -1 package orzo -1 carton chicken broth -spinach -tomatoes of choice (cherry tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes would be great here too) -2 spoonfuls minced garlic -3/4 cup Parmesan cheese -seasoning: 1 tsp Italian, 1 tsp kinders the blend, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp cajun seasoning, salt and pepper) Preheat oven to 425 and add Boursin, orzo, tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic, and seasoning to baking dish and lightly cover with foil. Bake covered for 15 minutes and then stir and bake again for another 10-15 minutes until liquid is fully absorbed. Remove from oven and add spinach, parmesan, and a splash of heavy cream. Bake for another 3-5 minutes until everything is melty and spinach is wilted. Serve with protein of choice.
