37. A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas :: 9.5/10⭐️. I don’t usually gravitate towards fantasy books, but this one came very highly recommended and with good reason! When Feyre kills a wolf in the forest, she is visited by a beast demanding she be held accountable. Feyre is dragged off to Prythian, world of the faeries and other beasts and creatures where she will live under the roof of one of the most lethal faeries, Tamlin. She soon develops feelings for him. But when things start to go wrong in Prythian, Feyre tries to find a way to make it all right. The last 150+ pages had me glued to the pages! So riveting! It sounds very fantastical, but to be honest, it didn’t feel that way when I was reading it. It was just a really good book! This is book one in a 5 part series, the books are quite long (Harry Potter vibes here!), good for summer travel reading!
