Here’s a few things I’m loving (and living in) this week…

1. My favorite jeans — again.
These AGOLDE jeans are the pair. I wore my original ones 3–4 times a week for four years until the crotch finally split (RIP to a real one). I rented them from Nuuly this month and already decided they’re coming home with me for good. Some things are worth the repeat (and the price tag — if you think in terms of cost per wear!).

2. Beam Creatine.
This might be my favorite supplement I’ve tried in years. Super affordable, tastes amazing (raspberry lemon 🍋), and makes a real difference in focus and strength. Women need creatine — not just for lean muscle, but for brain health, hormone balance, and energy. I swear it works better than Ritalin for my ADHD brain — clean energy, mental clarity, no crash. 🙌

3. De Soi Non-Alcoholic Apéritifs.
I’ve tried a lot of NA drinks, and these are hands-down my favorite — not too sweet, complex, and so pretty in a glass. I’ve missed red wine this time of year, but these fill the gap perfectly. Harvest Market has them for $6.99 (regularly $17!!) so I totally stocked up for Sober October. Thanks, Gabby!

4. Olive & June Gel Polish.
This deep teal color feels perfect for fall, and their LED gel system has saved me so much time (and money). It lasts about a week and looks like a salon mani. I still sneak in a pedicure every couple months, but this has become my go-to at-home ritual.

5. Life of a Showgirl (Taylor’s Era).
Obviously, this has been on repeat all weekend. I love that she wrote it from a place of happiness and fulfillment — which I think is why it’s triggering for some. People are used to heartbreak Taylor, not self-actualized Taylor. It’s witty, warm, and full of feminine power.

When my schedule changed, I had to give up the gym. But I didn’t give up lifting. I do 2-4 workouts a week at home and this is all the equipment I need to do everything I need to get done!

Not the best photo but it’s the one I’ve got 🫣 Quince again! I’ve been stalking a similar pair of shades for a year and have a bad track record with losing expensive sunglasses so couldn’t bring myself to spend hundreds. These were $50 and are incredible quality and came with a sturdy case.

I found this swimsuit at the Athleta outlet in California for super cheap and it’s perfect for lap swim and teaching water aerobics. It’s sold out but they still have some athletic options in the color/piping!

In 2021, my hair started falling out and breaking off halfway down the shaft. I lost about half my hair in 3 months and the shedding continued until about 6 months ago when I made the following changes:
- fixed my gut
- got in hrt
- addressed vitamin/mineral and thyroid deficiencies
- made sure to never miss a day of collagen, Armra and supplements
- started massaging my scalp in the shower (head upside down for blood flow)
- weekly scalp detox
- added a filter to our shower
- started eating at at least 100 grams of protein a dayy

If you are run ragged - read the book to feel seen and learn what to do about it. Burnout is an official diagnosis and the Nagasaki sisters wrote the book on dealing with it. Literally.

My back went out this week 🥴 Massages and rest and this guy- my beloved yoga wheel - helped so much.
