INGREDIENTS breakfast radishes butter* ,softened flakey salt, to taste *NOTE: Instead of butter, I recommend using a dip! While butter and radishes are traditionally the best combo, I think they’re better when a radish is whole or cute lengthwise. Here, there are lots of divots that the butter and salt gets stuck in so you don’t have an even amount. On the other hand, using a dip, like hummus, tahini or ranch would be perfect because the dip seeps into those divots giving you the perfect bite!! INSTRUCTIONS 1. Wash and clean radishes, trimming leaves so there’s only a couple on there. 2. Cut each radish 6 times in a cross-hatch pattern along the top of the breakfast radish towards the bottom, being careful not to cut through the radish. 3.
