These are a classic with some tweaks to the Dijon sauce that takes it to the next level (note that I made a double batch of sauce in this video). The actual amounts are in the recipe on my site. Also- I personally like it best with double the turkey and no ham, but ham & cheese is the classic (and most searched for).
