Summer shorts are so good right now but there’s a lot to choose from! A great pair is something you can mix and match with different tops and wear for different occasions (beach, town, drinks, etc). They should be interesting, flattering and fun. After trying on dozens, I’ve narrowed down my favorites.

💫 These @buckmason boxer shorts are such a good find — the perfect stripe, boxer vibe (but a little longer, slight flare (read: elongated your leg) & with pockets!) They are the kind of shorts you’ll wear on repeat all summer long. Shirt is a year-round staple with that perfectly box fit great for all our high rise shorts. HOW CUTE IS THIS @alicewalk CROCHET SET??? Couldn’t be more in love. Wear as a set around town (it’s not see through/sheer) or broken up. I wore these shorts & a white tee to the pool yesterday (and got so many compliments!) I can already tell I’m going to be living in them all summer long. Sweater is the perfect warm weather knit when you need a light layer and the crochet details adds great texture to any outfit you pair it with. The cut is perfectly boxy and oversized making it extra flattering.

Wearing small in top and bottom. Shorts run slim so consider sizing up 1.

Some real talk about today’s OOTD. I know a pair of jeans and a grey sweater are not always worthy for social media but I love this outfit so much. The @levi 501 Originals have such a beautiful denim and wash. This @Quince sweater is such a great basic at an amazing price point.

Love this simple spring outfit formula - a beautiful neutral @Tuckernuck cardigan (the knit button details!), AGOLDE crisp white jean shorts, a belt for added interest and to elevate the shorts, my fav @Margaux wrap sandals and a piece of @Dorsey jewelry for added color/sparkle. These shorts were such a good find. They are a slightly longer inseam, and the a-line shape makes them so flattering on your leg. Excited to wear them all spring and summer. My wrap sandals & bag are favorites from last year I’m so excited to be able to pull out again as the weather warms up.

simple always wins ☕️ a great tank and straight leg jeans is something I always feel good in. The key to simplifying getting dressed is finding easy outfit formulas and sticking to them!

This tank was one I was wearing in one of my first ever ootd videos two years ago and after testing many others it’s still the one I keep coming back to because it’s just that good!! Also looks great with a midi skirt, linen shorts, thrown over a suit at the beach and just like this for an easy everyday outfit. Jeans are a year round staple that wore in every season and jellies are under $50 but look, fit and feel like the $1600 pair they are mirrored after.

Soliani flats in denim/black are a surprising touch that makes people look twice • beautiful jewelry from Dorsey and Jenny Bird • the piece I’m loving most right now is this Jeanie jacket from @Varley … it’s the perfect spring statement. A gorgeous oat milk color, so practical for the windy/rainy weather, so chic. Just a wonderful new addition to my wardrobe all around. I’ll be wearing all around town, to coffee, to weekend sports and everything in between.
