• 24 little potatoes
• 10 eggs
• ¾ cup cottage cheese
• ½ cup Colby Jack cheese
• 1 lb turkey sausage
• 1 bell pepper
• 1 onion
• Salt + pepper
Protein. Carbs. Grab-and-go.
Make them once and your mornings are handled for the week.
