Hi! I’m Angelica. (Wanted to get a few posts under my belt before officially introducing myself on here.)

I’m a full-time copywriter, part-time yoga instructor, and freelance digital media writer. Lore drop: I was an editor at PS (POPSUGAR) and have written for several pubs including 21Ninety, Women’s Health, and Well+Good (🙏🏾).

Tip to keep calm: As a yoga instructor, I used a 5-count inhale and exhale (a variant of “water breath”) to stay in my body without freaking out. Honestly, after the first few minutes I just felt cozy in the tub 🙌🏾
