When you sat in a cold plunge for 8 minutes and came out feeling fantastic 💯

Tip to keep calm: As a yoga instructor, I used a 5-count inhale and exhale (a variant of “water breath”) to stay in my body without freaking out. Honestly, after the first few minutes I just felt cozy in the tub 🙌🏾
