Easy Sausage Egg Biscuit Muffins 🍳 These are one of my favorite make-ahead breakfasts for busy mornings. Here’s how to make them: 1️⃣ Brown a roll of breakfast sausage in a skillet. 2️⃣ Whisk eggs in a bowl. 3️⃣ Open a can of Grands biscuits and pull them apart. 4️⃣ Press one half of each biscuit into the bottom of a greased muffin tin to make your biscuit cup. 5️⃣ Add cooked sausage. 6️⃣ Pour in the eggs. 7️⃣ Top with shredded cheese. 8️⃣ Bake at 350° for about 15–18 minutes until golden and set. These are great fresh, but they’re also perfect for meal prep. Store in the fridge and reheat: • Microwave: about 20–30 seconds • Air fryer (my favorite): 2–3 minutes at 400° From frozen: • Air fryer: 3–4 minutes at 400° Save this for easy breakfasts during the week! 💛
