For those asking, Fit with Coco Method! I used to do peloton Pilates but switched to coco because she incorporates weights. She has an app with programs and single workouts and meal plans. At the very least I'll do one of her single full body 2-3 days a week so I hit all the muscle groups, but I love her full programs. She has a free week trial but if you're on a budget there are a ton of instructors who offer free mat Pilates workouts on YouTube! I also walk 45 min a day (can be broken up) and it's been a game changer for me.

5 ways to style a faux suede blazer- such a versatile piece to have in your closet! I prefer a bit oversized and this one is the perfect length. SIZING: If you have broad shoulders size up in blazer and it will remain oversized. Everyone else, go TTS. BARREL JEANS: I am 5’4” and got the 27” for that cropped length you see here. Size up one in barrel jeans, always! I sized up 1/2 size in all boots so I can wear socks. Black mini is Walmart and sold out :(
